Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Order can be cancelled only if your order has not been shipped from our end. Once the order is dispatched then it cannot be cancelled.

• We request you to inform us about any cancellations at the earliest via email or through contact us page.

• The money will be refunded to the source account from where we received the payment. It may take 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed by Team SHARAN.

• If the shipment has been dispatched from our end and you still wish to proceed with the cancellation request, the shipping charges for dispatch and return will both be deducted from the refund amount.
